At ADvantage, we want to make sure you get what you expected, and a little more if possible, in order to accomplish this, we need to tell some really important things. They are called our Terms and Conditions, but they are guidelines on how we work.
A minimum 50% deposit is required to process all orders. Our current turnaround times will be made clear at the time of pricing your project. In some cases RUSH orders are available, but will incur additional charges. All completed orders not collected within 5 working days of completion, will incur an additional $5.00 per day storage fee, until the day it is collected. The storage fee will then be applied to your due balance. If the order is not collected within a 30 day period of completion, then the order will be disposed of, and NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN. Our prices and availability of items are subject to change - at anytime.
All orders must be inspected before taken, it is your responsibility to check that your order is correct. Once you leave our shop we will not be responsible for any order errors thereof.
We do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made by our team. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CHECK OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
Customer Supplied Goods/Contract Printing
ADvantage will print on merchandise that is supplied by the customer. We do not however guarantee the quality of prints on customer supplied merchandise, or the printability of individual garments. We cannot be held responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen, please expect a misprint ratio of approximately 3%. If you need complete orders or exact number, please supply 3% overage. Any blank or unused garments will be returned with your order.
Garments drop shipped from a vendor may arrive in damaged condition, in this event, ADvantage will notify you of receipt of damaged or irregular goods prior to printing. Misprinted goods will be recycled and not be sent with the original job unless requested you. Known misprints will be shown on the original invoice as a credit for the print costs only.
Caution will be taken with any services on any custom, imported, pre-decorated, embroidered, specialty item or any items of an atypical or difficult material. ADvanatge will not guarantee printing or refund/replacement of these items, no exceptions.
Unless otherwise arranged prior to production, all artwork created/changes made by ADvantage for your order remains the property of ADvantage, and will be maintained at our facility - for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. Because our policy is to render art/digitizing/etc. services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.
